Yn dilyn dirprwyo pwerau deddfwriaethol newydd i Gymru, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cyhoeddi ystod o Fesurau newydd arfaethedig a fydd yn effeithio ar y Parciau Cenedlaethol Cymru a sut maent yn cael eu rheoli. Gallai'r canlyniadau cynigion hyn yn cael effaith sylweddol ar ein Parciau Cenedlaethol. Yn unol â hynny, Cyfeillion, ynghyd â Chynghrair y Parciau Cenedlaethol Cymru (AfNP Cymru) a Chymdeithasau Parciau Cenedlaethol Cymru (PCCA), yn monitro unrhyw gynigion newydd yn agos ac, os credir yn briodol, ymateb iddynt fel a phan fydd y dogfennau ymgynghori yn cael eu lansio. Os ydych yn dymuno gweld y cyflwyniadau Cyfeillion yn llawn ar unrhyw un o'r dogfennau ymgynghori y gwahanol Mesurau y bwriedir eu rhoi ar waith, sgroliwch i lawr i ddod o hyd i'r ddogfen berthnasol. Nid ydynt yn yn nhrefn yr wyddor, ond yn nhrefn dyddiadau ein hymatebion gyda'r diweddaraf ar y brig.

Friends Submit Evidence on the Environment (a Chymru) Bill with AfNP Cymru to the Environment and Sustainability Committee

In the middle of June,the Friends submitted evidence on the Environment (a Chymru) Bill to the Environment & Sustainability Committee. This evidence was submitted jointly with the other National Park Societies in Wales and the Alliance for National Parks Cymru.

Friends Submit Evidence together with AfNP Cymru to Review Panel

At the end of May, The Friends submitted their second stage evidence to the Review Panel on Designated Landscapes in Wales. This evidence was submitted jointly with the other National Park Societies in Wales and the Alliance for National Parks Cymru and focused on Governance issues. In addition to this, further comments were also submitted on the findings of the Review Panel following their scrutiny of evidence given to the first stage of the Review.

On 18 Mehefin, the Friends together with the Alliance gave oral evidence on their submission to the Review Panel in Cardiff. This proved to be a very positive meeting which lasted an hour.
