10 December 2017: Christmas Afternoon Tea and Carol Service

Details: This year’s Christmas Tea and Carol Service will follow the well-tried and popular procedure. The Tea will take place at St Brides Castle and the Carol Service will follow in St Brides Church. The Service will be taken by Rector of St Brides, Father Andrew Johnson, with several Friends conducting the readings. There will be no pre-tea activity this year but we intend to put on a Mulled-Wine-and-a-Mince-Pie social after the Carol Service at Dylan’s Restaurant in St Brides Castle (18:00 – 20:00) with Christmas cheer aplenty!

Friends attending the tea are requested to bring cakes, savouries and sandwiches.

Information Needed Ahead of the day:

(1) Are you a small mince-pie specialist? If so please make yourself known to Caroline!
(2) We need to know approximate numbers if the social is to happen so let Ian Pattinson know.
